No cookies, no tracking. The website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services, and does not load any third-party content when the page is opened. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Hosting and server log files. The website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records in log files: the page requested, date and time, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system used, and the IP address. The IP address is anonymised after 24 hours; log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest. This processing serves the security and smooth operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Alfahosting.

Contact form. Through the contact form we process your first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number, subject and message, as well as the language you selected and the time of your consent. The purpose is to handle your enquiry, in particular regarding participation, the pick-up service and the organisation of the Family Meetup. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give via the checkbox when submitting the form and may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. The data is transmitted via Google Forms to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, stored in a Google Sheet and delivered to us by email to our Google mailbox. A data processing agreement is in place with Google; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out and is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Google’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, and at the latest six months after the end of the event (30 June 2027), unless statutory retention obligations apply.

WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button lets you message us directly via WhatsApp. The button is a link; only when you click it is WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) opened, and WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies. We recommend reading it beforehand.

Registration via JotForm. Registration for the Family Meetup takes place through an external form provided by Jotform Inc., 4 Embarcadero Center, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA. When you click “Register now” you leave our website. The data collected there is subject to Jotform’s privacy policy and to the information we provide in the registration form.
